Refund policy

Just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to refund your new or opened product. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products — no guilt, no judgment.

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right. Claims made after that window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
