How long does squid jerky last?

Our jerky stays fresh for 6 months when sealed. But let’s be real—you’re going to finish it way before then.
What’s the texture like?

What does it taste like? Is it fishy?

Surprisingly not! There’s a subtle seafood undertone (it is squid, after all), but the bold spices and herbs do most of the talking.

Added a delicious / healthy new jerky product to my wardrobe

I was really intrigued by this product's claims to use only wild-caught american calamari in the product -- i've literally never seen that before so i jumped at the opportunity to try it. The jerky texture is really on point, just a "classic jerky", perfect amount of chewy. The italian herb flavor is nice and mellow (the other two i got were bolder flavors, the thai chili lime is pretty spicy!). I ate the whole bag in one sitting, there's really a substantial amount in the bag and it filled me up. crazy there's almost 30g of protein in here, with zero junk ingredients (unlike most jerkies that are loaded with sugar).
I also really like how they spend time explaining why they're using an MSC-certified squid and how sustainable that makes the product, I hope more jerky brands start to launch premium products like this.
