Squid are an animal surrounded by water . . . big water.
The Italian Herb has a wonderful lemony zing that I really loved because I have never experienced and would never think I would but this accomplished the feat! I'd add that the texture was a bit inconsistent for me, though the flavor profile was quite unique.
