Shipping policy
We ship within the United States only (for now — the Hermit's wanderings may take us further afield in time).
Processing. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, and order volume around launches or promotions may add a day or two.
Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Orders over $65 ship free.
Transit. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees — once a package leaves our hands we're at the mercy of the postal gods.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, let us know within 7 days of delivery at returns@thehermit.com so we can make it right. (See our Refund Policy for full details.)
